Ingredients:
1 cube margarine
1 lb. powdered sugar
4 Tbsp cocoa
1 1/2 c chopped nuts (optional)
6 Tbsp milk

Directions:
In the same pan bring to a boil the margarine, cocoa and milk. Add sugar and nuts and mix all together well. As soon as "Scratch Cake" comes from the oven, pour and spread frosting. (Frosting may be thinned with a little more milk if it is too thick to spread easily.)
* If you don't have any buttermilk you can make sour milk in its place. To make sour milk add 1 1/2 Tbsp white vinegar to 1/2 c milk stir; make this in the beginning so it has a change to sour.
