2 whole chicken breast, cooked (boiled) and cut into small pieces.
Celery and onion to taste
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Mayonnaise
1 pkg. Uncle Ben's herb-seasoned wild rice, cooked according to directions.
Green pepper optional
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place cooked rice on bottom of casserole dish.
2. Mix all the rest of the ingredients except mayonnaise together in a seperate bowl.
3. Add mayonnaise until you get a sald consistency. (Mixture should be thick.)
4. Put this mixture on top of rice and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
