1 lb. Sausage, cooked and drained
1 lb. Creamed style cottahe cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp. Finely grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. Dried parsley flakes
2 tbsp. Margarine
2 tbsp. Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 c. hot milk
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 jar (16 oz.) spaghetti sauce

1. Brown sausage, drain fat.
2. Mix cottage cheese, egg, Paresan cheese, and parsley in a bowl.
3. Fold in drained sausage.
4. In 2 qt. Saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
5. Stir in flour and salt.
6. Gradually add milk.
7. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly for 1 min.
8. Stir in cheese and heat until cheese melts.
9. Fill pasta with sausage mix and place in a 13 x 9 pan.
10. Pour cheese sauce over and spread.
11. Top with spaghetti sauce.
12. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
