1 package lemon flavored gelatin
2 cups hot water
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
2 pkg (3oz ea) cream cheese
1 1/2 cups drained crushed pineapple
3 heaping Tbs. mayonnaise
1 cup heavy cream - whipped stiff

Directions:
Directions:
Combine gelatin, hot water and marshmallows and let dissolve until smooth. Fold in the pineapple, then the mayo, and then the whipped cream. Place in a flat pan or fancy mold and chill. Unmold onto lettuce and serve. Requires no additional dressing.
