1 egg 1 c. bread crumbs 1 lb. Ground chuck 2 cans golden mushroom soup 1/2 c. onion, chopped Salt & pepper
1. Combine 1/2 can of soup and all ingredients. 2. Mix well and make patties. 3. Cook for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven. 4. Remove from oven and drain grease. 5. Take the rest of soup, add 3/4 c. water to it, and pour over patties. 6. Cook for 10 more minutes.
