1 doz. eggs hard boiled
3 heaping tbsp. mayo
2 tsp. sugar
2 dashes each of salt and pepper
t tsp. vinegar
2 dashes Worchestershire sauce
2 tsp. prepared mustard

1. Place eggs in cold water and bring to a rolling boil.
2. Lower heat and simmer for 5 min.
3. Remove from heat and let set for 15 min. (keep covered).
4. Drain and cover with cold water.
5. Crack and peel eggs.
6. With a knife cut eggs in half lengthwise.
7. Remove yolk and mash, combine with other ingredients and beat until smooth.
8. Refill eggs whites with yolk mixture.
9. Garnish with paprika.
