20 Oreo cookies
1 stick plus 2 tbsp. margerine
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
* 1/2 gallon pepermint ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Crush cookies and melt 2 tbls. margerine mix & spread in 9 x 13 in. pan.
2. Melt 1 stick margerine & 2 squares unsweetened chocolate, add 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 3 egg yolks, 1/2 c. nuts & 1 tsp. vanilla, mix and cool.
3. Beat egg whites & fold into chocolate mixture.
4. Spread ice cream over cookie mixture then top with chocolate.
5. Place in freezer.
