1-1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 Large onion
2-3 Cans cheddar cheese soup
4-5 Medium potatoes, sliced ľĒ thick
Cracked or course ground pepper
ĺ C. milk

Directions:
Directions:
In large heavy skillet, brown ground beef and onions together. While meat & onions are cooking, boil sliced potatoes in salted water. Cook only until tender. In medium bowl, blend soup and milk. Drain potatoes, add to meat mixture and pour over soup mixture. Stir gently, and simmer 20-30 min. on low. Garnish with cracked pepper.
