2 Medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
4 Green Onions, thinly sliced
3 Small tomatoes, sliced thin
2 TBS. Snipped fresh parsley

Dressing:

C. Sour Cream
tsp. prepared mustard
2 TBS. Minced fresh dill
1 TBS. Vinegar
1 TBS. Milk
tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In Bowl, combine cucumbers, onions, tomatos, and parsley. Combine dressing ingredients, pour over cucumber mixture and toss gently. Cover & chill 2-4 hrs. or overnight.
