1 small onion finely cut 1 tsp. yellow mustard 1 c. mayo ½ tsp. salt 1/3 c. salad oil ½ tsp. paprika ¼ c. catsup ¼ tsp. celery seed 2 tbsp. sugar dash black pepper 2 tbsp. cider vinegar 1 c. bleu cheese crumbles
Put all ingredients – EXCEPT BLEU CHEESE – in the blender. Blend until smooth. Scrape all from blender and fold in bleu cheese. Cover and chill. Makes about two and a half cups of dressing.
