2 pounds round steak or stew meat, cut in 1-inch chunks
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1 can sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup red cooking wine

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat if desired. Combine all ingredients, using 1/4 cup milk to rinse out soup can. Stir well and cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
