1 1/4 cups butter
4 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 large eggs (1 separated)
Colored candy decorations, chopped nuts or, sugar-and-cinnamon mixture

Directions:
Directions:
Work butter into flour with-hands. Add sugar and cinnamon. Beat a whole egg and one egg yolk together, reserving the white. Mix egg mixture into dough till blended.
Divide into 10 equal-sized balls. Roll each ball between two sheets of wax paper to the thickness of a silver dollar. Chill for 30 minutes. Remove wax paper. Cut into pie-shaped piece. Brush with slightly beaten reserved egg white. Sprinkle with candy decoration, nuts or cinnamon-sugar. Bake at 350 until lightly brown, about 10 minutes.
