1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup margarine
1 cup oil
2 eggs
5 cups flour
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and margarine. Add oil and eggs. Mix well. Add flour, cream of tartar, vanilla, salt and soda. Mix well. Form into balls on ungreased baking sheet. Press with bottom of glass that has been dipped in sugar. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees, until edges are light brown.
