11/2 c sugar
3 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 Tbsp butter
2 eggs beaten
3 cups rhubarb (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and pour in unbaked shell. Bake in hot oven at 450 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325. Bake until filling thickens about 30 minutes.
