1 c cold butter or margarine
2 c all purpose flour
1 c (8 oz) sour cream
tsp salt


Filling:
2 cups dry plain bread crumbs
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
4 medium baking applies
peeled cored and chopped
2 cups sugar or Splenda
1 cup golden raisins
1/2 c chopped pecans
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Confectioners' sugar, opt

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, cut butter into flour until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add the sour cream and salt; mix well. Shape into a ball; cover and refrigerate overnight. For filling, combine the breadcrumbs and butter. Add apples, sugar, raisins, pecans and cinnamon; mix well and set aside. Divide dough into thirds; turn onto a floured board. Roll each into a 15 in x 12 in rectangle. Spoon the filling evenly onto dough and spread to within 1 of edges. Roll up from one long side; pinch seams and ends to seal. Carefully place seam side down on an un-greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 5560 minutes or until light brown. Cool completely on wire racks. Dust with powder sugar if desired.
