5 oz dried beef
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
2 tsp beaumonde
2 tsp dill weed (not seed)
2 Tbs minced onion (dry flakes)
2 Tbs Parsley flakes

*I sometimes use a real onion instead of flakes for better flavor although you don't need as much
**Beaumonde can be found at "Spice Island" at the Acme

Mix all ingredients together. Add more dill and beaumonde to taste
