1 cup grated zucchini
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup walnuts - chopped
1/2 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together zucchini, sugar and eggs. Add the oil and mix well. Stir in all the dry ingredients. Stir in nuts and raisins. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 325F for 60 - 65 minutes.
