1 1/4 c. frozen apple juice concentrate (or Welches Raspberry concentrate) 1/2 c. Honey 1 tsp. Vanilla 6 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch 4 c. fresh or frozen raspberries or blackberries or boysenberries 1 baked pie shell or purchased graham cracker crust)
Blend first 4 ingredients on high for 10 seconds. Pour into saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick. Remove from heat and gently fold in berries with rubber spatula. Pour in pie shell and chill.
