4 slices white or wheat bread
1 cup diced ham
4 eggs
1 1/2 Tblsp butter, melted
1 Tblsp parsley
1/2 cup grated cheese (Swiss, Cheddar, or Jack)
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Trim crusts from bread. Brush melted butter on both sides of bread and press into custard cups to form a bread cup.
Add diced ham to the bottom of each cup, then place some cheese on top of the meat. Beat eggs with the sour cream and parsley and pour over the meat and cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Let stand for a couple of minutes before serving.
