1 lb. bulk sausage
8 slices cubed bread
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
Beat: 5 eggs, dash salt, 3/4 tsp. dry mustard, 2-1/3 C. milk, 1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, drain. Put bread in bottom of casserole dish and add other ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hours (or more) at 350. Can hold on low for up to 1-1/2 hours.

This is a family favorite. I encourage you to try this the next time you have out-of-town guests. It's easy and impressive and very convenient when trying to feed a crowd (which is what this family usually has -- thank goodness). Enjoy!
