6 oz spaghetti, cooked, drained and rinsed with cold water
1 egg, separated
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 pound ground beef
1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
2/4 cup ricotta cheese
1 Tblsp chopped parsley
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375. Spray a 9 inch pie plate with non stick spray. In a medium bowl, toss together the spaghetti, egg white and parmesan cheese. Press mixture into the pie plate to form a pie shell. In a skillet, brown the ground beef, drain, and add the sauce. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, egg yolk, parsley, and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Spread mixture into spaghetti pie shell. Spread meat sauce over the top and sprinkle with other 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing into wedges.
