1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 of a block of cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup milk
6 eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach, cooked and drained
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp dried basil, crushed
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tomatoes, sliced and halved

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 2 quart baking dish with non stick spray. Saute onion and garlic until tender. Stir onion and garlic into cream cheese, add milk and remaining ingredients (except tomato slices) and mix well. Pour into baking dish and bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Remove from oven, top with tomato slices and sprinkle with more parmesan cheese. Bake for an additional 10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
