2 boiled eggs
1 stalk celery
1/4 bell petter
small jar pimento, drained
3 tbsp. sweet relish, drained
1-1/2 tsp. Durkee's famous sauce

Mix well with Hellman's Mayo. All can be chopped in food processor. Serve on lettuce or on sandwich. Excellent.
