1 stick butter
2 lb frozen okra
Few tomatoes
2-3 C celery heart
3 med onions
3-4 green peppers
1 bottle gumbo filet powder
1 large can whole tomatoes
1 large can tomato sauce
5 lbs fish fillets
Tony Chachere creole seasoning
oregano
basil
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Saute okra for a while in the melted butter.
Chop vegetables lightly in food processor including whole tomatoes. Add to okra and butter (and water if necessary).
Add tomato sauce, fish, and filet powder.
Begin seasoning, bring it up slow.
Main seasoning is the creole seasoning.
Add others as desired.
