4 pork chops bread crumbs 1 Tblsp brown sugar 1 Tblsp Worchestershire sauce salt and pepper to taste 1 can tomato sauce
Rinse pork chops and dip in breadcrumbs. Brown pork chops in butter in a skillet. Place in a baking pan and top with a mixture of brown sugar and worchestershire sauce. Pour tomato sauce over the meat, add salt and pepper, and bake for 45 minutes at 350º.
