1 large can white albacore tuna, drained lightly
2 c. Cooked macaroni noodles, cooled
1/2 c. frozen peas (rinse in hot water to defrost)
1/2 c. Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
2 T. Red Wine Vinegar
Cracked Pepper, Celery Salt
chopped Celery and onions, optional
dried celery and dried onions, re hydrated, optional

Mix all ingredients to your liking.

This is my quick fix lunch. It is high in protein and easy. For me the red wine vinegar is a must for taste.
