1 9 inch unbaked pie shell
3/4 c egg substitute
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 c plus 4 tsp frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
1/4 dark brown syrup
1 tbsp vanilla.
1 tbsp butter melted
1/4 c sugar
1 tsp salt
1 c pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. With fork prick bottom of pie shell. Refrigerate until ready to use. In medium bowl wisk the egg substitute until completely blended. Add remaining ingredients. Whisk to blend. Stir in pecans. Pour in pie shell on baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 and bake 30-40 minutes again until golden brown. Yield: 10 servings, Prep: 20 min.
