Ingredients:  
2 lemons (equal to 1/2 cup juice), squeezed and rinds saved
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 Tblsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, including lemon rinds. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove rinds and let cool slightly. Use this cream to pour over berries or sponge cake.
