4 c sliced hot, cooked potatoes
bottled Italian dressing
1 c sour cream
1/4 c sliced green onion
2 tbsp snipped parsley
2 tbsp diced pimiento
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 c sliced celery
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in jackets. Peel and slice while hot. Add a small amount of Italian dressing to coat the warm sliced potatoes. Refrigerate. Combine sour cream with onion, parsley, dill pickle, pimiento, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Add to potatoes along with celery and chopped eggs. Toss gently; chill. Serve with sliced stuffed olives.
