6 tablespoons flour
1 quart milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pound pork sausage
2 teaspoons chopped onions
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
A dash of Worcestershire sauce
A dash hot pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble sausage into large sauce pan and cook over medium heat. Add onion and cook until sausage is done. Drain and discard all but 2 tablespoons of drippings. Stir in flour cook over medium heat about 6 minutes or until mixture bubbles and turns golden. Stir in milk and remaining seasonings. Cook and stir until thickened. Serve over biscuit halves.
