Cinnamon to taste
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup brown sugar
2 loaves frozen bread
1 large package vanilla pudding mix (not instant)

Directions:
Directions:
Let loaves thaw but not rise. Spray 9x13 pan with Pam. Cut loaves into small pieces (1") and put in bottom of pan. Melt butter and add brown sugar, milk, dry pudding mix and cinnamon. Pour over bread pieces in pan. Let raise until double or to top of pan. Can be made at night and cover with plastic wrap and put in refrigerator until morning. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour or until bread is done. Let cool a little and then dump out of pan onto platter or cookie sheet.
