1/2 c butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c flour
1/2 c chopped pecans
1 egg
1 T melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c brown sugar
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Soften butter and cream cheese. Mix well with flour and form into 24 equal balls. Shape into miniature cupcake pans you have sprayed with PAM. Sprinkle nuts on crust in each minature cupcake pan. Mix all other ingredients well. Pour over nuts, filling cups 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes.

These treats look like miniature pecan pies and go fast on a dessert buffet. Besides the delicious taste, they are easy to manage finger foods.
