3 medallions veal, pounded thin
3 slices thin prosciutto
3 med slices mozzarella
3-4 med. fresh mushrooms
3 tbsp. butter
1 cup white chablis wine
1/4 cup grated parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Cook veal in butter for 2 minutes on each side until brown. Add the wine; sprinkle sliced mushrooms on top; place presciutto and cheese on top of veal. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake in ovenproof dish for 5 minutes at 400 degrees. Oven baking permits the flavors to blend nicely. Serve with crisp green salad.
