3 sliced potatoes
1/3 cup rice
1 cup frozen carrots
2 cups V-8 juice
1 pound hamburger

Directions:
Directions:
- Wash potatoes
- Spray casserole dish with Pam
- Slice potatoes and put into bottom of 9 x 12 pan
- Crumble raw hamburger and put on top of potatoes
- Open frozen carrots and put one cup on top of hamburger
- Put 1/3 cup uncooked rice on top of carrots
- Pour 2 cups V-8 juice on top & cover with foil
- Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes
