2 cups quick cooking oats
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup non fat milk
1 egg
2 egg whites
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup raisins
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased 8 x 8 inch casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes.
