1-3/4 cups unsifted all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup Hershey's Cocoa
1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsps. vanilla
1 cup boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in large mixer bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour into greased and floured 13x9x2" pan. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until cake tested inserted in center comes clean. Cool.

Frost with One-Bowl Buttercream frosting.

Most likely everyone has a copy of this recipe somewhere. I baked this chocolate cake all the time when I was heavy into cake decorating. It's a very dense, rich chocolate cake. Goes well with a cold tall glass of milk. Coffee is nice too.
