1 bag spinach leaves, washed, 1 pkg. chopped ham, 4-6 chopped boiled eggs, 1 box thawed frozen peas,1 head of lettuce, 1/2 sliced red onion, 1 bag cheddar cheese, 8 oz. sour cream mixed with minced garlic to taste, salt, pepper and sugar
