Ingredients:
1 lb. boneless and skinless chicken breast
2 - 3 onions, chopped
2 KnorrŠ chicken bouillon cubes
2 cups water
3 - 6 tbsp. curry
Salt & Pepper
3 red, hot peppers chopped up (remove seeds)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up chicken into bite size cubes. Fry in oil until brown. Add onions.

Dissolve 2 bouillon cubes in 2 cups of water and pour into frying pan.

Add 3 - 6 tbsp. curry, salt and pepper and red peppers.

Fry at moderate temperature for 20 minutes. If youlet it sit a while and later heat it up again, it tends to taste even better.

Serve with a salad and a banana and/or mango.

Personal Notes:
This was a recipe from my boss's wife, Gerlinde. Went to their house for dinner and Gerlinde served this. It was so delicious.

I find a few glasses of chilled white wine go very nicely with this curry recipe.
