1 box long grain & wild rice (the 7 minute kind)
cucumbers
tomatoes
small onion
green pepper
celery
salt & pepper
mayonnaise or Miracle Whip©

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare rice. Fluff and let cool. Cube all vegetables and add the whole shebang together.

Janet used Miracle Whip and she said just to taste as far as how much to add. To use Janet's exact words "I put in gobs and gobs".

This was from a neighbor who used to live on Royce Brook - way back in 1984. She has since moved away, but I still have her rice salad recipe. She brought this to a Super Bowl party and it was a big hit. Yummmmmmmm!!!!!
