Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Been cooking this chili recipe for years. I wrote the recipe down on a recipe card a long, long time ago. Not sure how many servings cuz we would just put it in the fridge for leftovers, which lasted a couple more nights. And I never wrote down how long to cook it for - just a guesstimate at 3 hours, but just give it a "taste test" now and then and you can be the judge when it's ready to eat. And if it gets too thick, just add a little water.
