1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. uncooked regular rice, 1/2 c. water, 1/3 c. chopped onion, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. celery salt, 1/8 tsp. garlic powder, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 1 can tomato sauce, 1 c. water, 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Heat oven to 350 and use an 8x8x2" pan. Mix meat, rice, 1/2 c. water, onion, salts, garlic powder and pepper. Shape mixture into balls. Place in ungreased pan. Stir together remaining ingredients, pour over "porcupines". Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake another 15 minutes.
