1 head Broccoli
6-8 slices bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup raisins
8 oz cheddar cheese, cut into very small chunks

1 cup Mayonnaise
2 T vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup sunflower seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the broccoli into small bite sized pieces removing the stalks. Wash thoroughly and place in a large bowl.

Add the crumbled bacon, onion, raisins and cheese.

In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Add this to the broccoli mixture and stir well.
