4 Cups chopped Apples
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Cups Sugar
3 Cups flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 Cup chopped nuts
1 Cup Raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Chop apples, add sugar, let stand 1 hour. Stirring often. Add eggs, flour, salt, baking soda, oil, nuts, raisins, and vanilla. Stir into batter like consistency. Bake in a 350 oven for 45-50 minutes.
