1/2 lb Bacon, diced
1/2 lb. Lean Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Onion, diced
1/2 Cup Sugar1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Dry Mustard
1 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 16 oz. can Kidney Beans, Drained
1 16 oz. can Butter Beans, Drained
1 15 oz. can Pork and Beans
1/2 Cup Cat-sup

Preheat oven to 300 In large skillet cook bacon 1 minute. Add beef and onion and cook until beef is browned. Stir with fork to break up meat. Drain excess fat. Add catsup, sugars, mustard, salt and vinegar. Stir to blend. Spoon mixture into 3 quart baking dish. Add remaining ingredients (beans). Drain Kidney and butter beans. Stir lightly to blend. Bake one hour.
