6 ounces imitation crab meat 2 tablespoons light mayo Chopped green onions or chives 1/2 to 1 teaspoon yellow mustard 1/4 cup fat free sour cream Onion powder (to taste) Salt and pepper (to taste) 1 cup cooked macaroni
Cook macaroni, drain and cool. Mix meat in macaroni. In bowl mix the rest of the ingredients and mix into macaroni mixture.
