8 oz. uncooked medium egg noodles, 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes, 3 tb. butter, 1 8 oz. package sliced mushrooms, 1/2 c. chopped onion. 1 minced clove garlic, 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin cut in 1" strips, 1 can condensed beef broth, 2 tb. ketchup, 3 tb. all purpose flour, 1 c. sour cream

Cook noodles, drain and add parsley and 1 tb. butter, toss and keep warm. Over medium heat, melt 1 tb of remaining margarine. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic. Cook 2-3 minutes. Remove mushroom mixture, set aside. In same skillet melt remaining 1 tb. butter. Add beef, cook and stir until brown. Reserve 1/3 c. beef broth in a jar with lid (this is for the flour to thicken) Add remaining broth, ketchup and mushroom mixture to skillet, mix well. Add flour to reserved jar, shake well. Gradually add to beef, stir constantly. Cook and stir until thickened. Stir in sour cream. DO NOT BOIL! Serve over noodles.
