2 slices bacon cut in 1/2" pieces, 1 lb fresh green beans cut in 1" pieces, 6-8 whole tiny new potatoes, quartered, 1 medium onion, quartered, 1 c. water, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon in large saucepan until crisp. Remove and drain on paper towles. Reserve 1 tb. of drippings. Return drippings to saucepan and stir in beans, potatoes, onions and water. Add salt and pepper. Bring to boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes or until beans are tender. Top with crisp bacon.
