2 (14oz) pkg frozen cheese tortellini 1 green bell pepper 1 red bell pepper 1 cucumber 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts 2/3 c Marie's Caesar salad dressing 1 tomato, cut into wedges
Prepare tortellini according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water, drain. Chop peppers and cucumber. Combine tortellini and next five ingredients in large bowl; cover and chill for 2 hours. Arrange tomato wedges over salad.
