4 ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded and finely chopped, 1 large minced clove of garlic, 1 minced jalapeno, 1/2 medium finely chopped red onion, 2 tb. minced fresh cilantro, 1-2 tb. fresh squeezed lim juice, 1/8 tsp. ground cumin, 1/2 tsp salt
