1 16 oz. can black beans, drained,
1 15 oz. can stewed tomatoes, undrained,
1 c. frozen corn,
1 tb. dried onion,
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. minced garlic,
1 1/2 c. instant brown rice

Directions:
Directions:
Bring tomatoes, beans, corn and spices to a boil. Stir in rice and return to a boil. Reduce and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes, covered.
